I am friendly and patient and always professional and punctual. I love teaching and engaging with others in discussion. I am passionate about education and empowering others, and strive to help students reach their educational and language-learning goals. I have taught students of all levels and can teach from complete beginner to advanced levels.I offer all levels of Hindi,Urdu,Punjabi and English tutoring: (TEFL etc), covering the broad spectrum of grammar, vocabulary, speaking, linguistics, phonetics, creative writing, etc, as well as basic conversation skills, whilst taking into account the needs of the most important person - the student!

I have got a degree in English Philology (English language and literature). More than ten years of experience teaching English, I have taught all ages, from children to adults. My teaching style is highly student-driven. I believe in tailoring the learning process to meet the goals that the student sets -- reading and writing, for example, or speaking, conversation, understanding spoken dialogue or even focusing on the ability to do translation. I believe it's important to focus not only on those goals but everyday use of the English language, to make the student more comfortable in a situation where they will be interacting with other English speakers, likely many of whom speak nothing else. I always encourage my students to work hard but to focus on how English can help meet their future needs for communication and understanding.

I have spent two and a half years working at a language academy giving classes to a wide range of students of different levels, ranging from babies to C2 proficiency classes. With teaching experience of about 23 years, I find myself very passionate about this career. I was only 18 when I had my first course as an English teacher and at the age of 16, I taught Farsi to my British classmate. Since then, I have always tried to develop confident and culturally fluent English/Persian speakers who can successfully navigate the social, travel, and business situations that they will encounter in their lives. The best part about teaching is to see students making progress in their language skills with your support. It is also important for me to create an atmosphere where my students would feel at ease during the lessons.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and I have a TOFEL Certification from Oxford Seminars. I taught English in a university and business setting in China for eight years. I wanted to become a teacher because I like sharing ideas with people and knowing that through the power of communication, I can make a difference. Sometimes, this difference is profound and sometimes this difference can be subtle. Either way, a difference made is change and change is extremely powerful. Change lets us know that we as people must constantly adapt and evolve.

I worked at a multicultural language school and taught many different nationalities from a beginners level up until advanced and have experience in teaching both group and private classes.
