I teach standard modern Arabic, colloquial Palestinian and Tajweed. I'm patient, friendly and committed tutor. I keen to explain every single detail to my students so that I guarantee making them special from the others.

I'm an English language graduate and a certified teacher, and therefore can assist you on your learning process and instruct you to prepare for you exams. I taught English in private lessons, I began semester with students and ended them with preparing for their exams, and also helped learners of Arabic in Turkey on preparing for tests. Teaching Arabic came along in 2010 when I gave voluntary lessons for students of cultural exchange in the Higher Institute for Languages. The desire to teach my mother tongue motivates me to work hard, especially when seeing things progressing steadily. I teach for a variety of goals, like conversational, media and business Arabic. Questions are welcome.

As an instructor, I am keen on making sure that students are comfortable and I always customize my lessons to each student’s needs. In terms of teaching materials, if you have a specific book you would like to use, I would be happy to teach you from it. Otherwise, after an initial lesson I will be able to gain a sense of your needs and I will provide you with the appropriate materials. I can also record the lessons and provide you with audio or video files that you can use to study after class.

I started my teaching journey during my second year in engineering school, six years ago. Used to meet with fellow students at the library where I explained to them things that they could not understand in class. So I started giving private one to one sessions to University students in math and physics. I taught these subjects for three years up until I graduated. After that, I became a freelance tutor in Arabic Language and I have been helping people speak Arabic for the past three years.

I believe the best way to learn a language is to love it. Yes, I learned English and Turkish this way. I started teaching Arabic by volunteering at Small Project Istanbul (SPI), an NGO which helps displaced Syrians in Istanbul. Many volunteers at SPI were interested in learning Arabic and I was a perfect match for them. They encouraged me to become a teacher as they believed in my teaching methods. That was the reason I began teaching on Italki in February, 2017. I am an easy going, flexible teacher. I enjoy being a community teacher because I prefer conversation to grammar which is why I am also working at Conversations Unbound: an NGO that connects students from America with Arabic.

I don't like to focus too much on grammar. However, if you have questions or want to practice a specific grammatical concept, I can help you with that and provide you with exercises. I'll provide you with various resources that can help you learn alone and I'll be available to answer your questions outside of the lessons.

I have graduated of the Faculty of Commerce, specializing in Management and Economics from Ain Shams University, Egypt So I can teach you the language related to business or public language or to prepare for your exams or whatever your goal of learning the language we will work together to achieve it.

Beside teaching on iTalki I work as a private tutor here in Istanbul and I also work on different projects for teaching both standard and spoken Arabic. Some of these projects are: • Arabic Workshop: an audios & videos library for learning MSA. I work as a script writer and assist in curriculum development • Fluent Forever: a platform where you can learn a vast number of languages. of course one of these languages is Arabic. I work with them on developing a course for teaching Syrian Arabic dialect • Conversations Unbound: an NGO that connects students from American universities with Arabic tutors. I work with them as a board member as well as a tutor.

I've graduated from Aleppo university faculty of mechanical engineering department of industrial engineering, my study is a combination of science, such as engineering, administrative and economic sciences so whatever the subject you would like to study I would be glad to help you with and I'm happy to discuss any subject that interests you, we will learn together all the skills : conversation, reading, writing and listening. I teach children as well as adults of all levels all over the world.

I am a translation student who has a strong connection to languages. This allows me to acquire a good grasp of the hues and shades of meaning in French language, which I hope to communicate to my students too. As a French tutor, I believe that nothing is quite like teaching. I love inspiring learning. I also love the result. There is no better feeling than witnessing one of your student’s progress. I have teached some Kids English as well as teaching some Adults Arabic.

Through my experience in teaching, I have good knowledge on how to let the learners learn the target language fast and accurately. Since I learnt many languages, I know how difficult it is for the beginngers to learn the language, but at the same time I know how to let them avoid the frustration of this process.

To be honest, teaching Arabic isn't my major which I have a Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry. However, firstly, I'm an educated native Arabic speaker and I have been teaching Arabic (MSA + Levantine) to foreigners for more than two years and I today I have a great experience in helping foreigners to speak this language. Secondly, I've been studying Arabic since I was 4. Which, in Syria, we study Arabic in reception, primary, middle, high school, and even in tertiary education, In which Syrian universities are the only universities in the world that teach Medicine or Dentistry in Arabic. I created my own podcast (Alhasan's Arabic Pod) where u can learn many useful things in MSA & Levantine.

I started to teach Arabic for non-native speakers 18 years ago. I usually teach my own material.
