I am the type of teacher who does not go by the general rule that being strict can make the students listen and focus. I always try to reach out to the needs of my students and try to build a friendly environment to make them feel relaxed and at ease. I also always try my best to push and boost my student's confidence and will to learn. I practice mastery for my young learners and try to encourage them to give their best to come up with an answer to every question.
