I have a few friends who live in the United States. They discovered the Cantonese language as well as the culture. Their love for the language makes me realize that I am extremely lucky to be able to speak such an amazing language. I cannot wait to share my beautiful language with YOU! We will learn the six main tones in Cantonese, cultures, FOOD, and different traditions :)

Before each class, we will go over some main goals that the student might have as well as their ability to speak and communicate in Cantonese. I will expose the students to different materials such as slideshows, videos, pictures, etc.. I fully understand that tones in Cantonese may be difficult to practice and learn; however, as a native, I will guide you through them as well as teach you some tricks to overcome the difficulties. We will also go over some writing and grammar in class. Most importantly, we will learn about some unique and fun Cantonese cultures :)موادي الخاصة بالتدريس

He was super prepared, preparing several PPTs to help test my level, and then we moved into conversation. He was wonderful to talk to, but what I really appreciated is how patient he was. When I was searching for a word, he gave me time to come up with it on my own, or of I couldn't, worked with me to figure out what I was trying to say. This was especially meaningful to me, since I'm very out of practice with speaking Cantonese and was nervous to take a lesson again. I'm looking forward to our next lesson together!

Adam had a beautifully crafted powerpoint presentation for my first lesson with him! He was obviously really well-prepared and also really helpful throughout. :) I am still working on my Cantonese tones, because they are really difficult to me, but I really appreciated his tenacity in pointing out all the subtleties of the sound, and I also appreciated getting to know his assistant/brother too. :) thank you so much!
