I am patient with my students, and persistent. In every lesson I strive to find successes to build on and demonstrate enthusiasm, energy and readiness. We always plan for the next part of the language journey and find ways to practice what we have learned. دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
AGES 13 TO ADULTS
Each time a lesson begins with a student, I listen carefully for what my student needs. I continually keep in mind that successful students are persistent students, and persistence is built through success. En mi Maestría de Educación estudié la autoeficacia (concepto de Bandura) en el contexto de la adquisición de idiomas extranjeros. I combine a student's need for success (gauged most often by speaking and listening skills) and Bandura's work on self-efficacy, or the willingness to keep going when it is hard, to create a success upon success model in which I guide a student to where they need to be in order to experience a victory with the language.5.0
