I am really aware of the challenges of learning languages so I will be really patient and encouraging with you. I aim to create a relaxed and informal atmosphere where you’re not afraid of making mistakes.

I think learning a language should be fun, so I want to use materials that are interesting for you and focus on everyday Italian. In my experience, speaking with a native and using resources outside of textbooks from the beginning is crucial. We can use images, articles or we can just chat. I can also clarify some doubts for you or dig deeper into grammar.
Penso che imparare una lingua debba essere divertente, quindi voglio usare materiali interessanti per te e focalizzarmi sull'italiano di tutti i giorni. Nella mia esperienza, confrontarsi con un madrelingua e utilizzare risorse al di fuori dei libri fin dagli inizi è fondamentale. I enjoyed my conversation with Chiara a lot. She let me speak and listened actively. She corrected just we needed, not interrupting my "flow".

Chiara was very comfortable to talk to as a beginner studying Italian. She was quick to estimate my level and find some appropriate exercises to do for my level, while being able to help in areas where I was struggling. I would highly recommend her!
