Working with students I try to follow their interests. When choosing teaching materials I usually prefer latest researches, blogs, and other sourses that correspond to my students' interests. دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
I believe in the concept of motivation when good work and results come first and only then motivation when a student is starting to make progress.
