I'm patient, approachable and proactive.
My lessons are focused on speaking, listening, reading and writing skills, but I give mainly importance to conversation because I think the more you speak the more you feel comfortable speaking.
I also know that motivation is essential to learn a language, so I have my students choose their topics of interest and fix their goals.
In this regard, I had the good fortune of taking part in a seminar held by Anthony Mollica creator of "Recreational Linguistics" a method to acquire linguistic and cultural skills through word games and lexical combinations. It inspired me, so I will do my best to make your studying fun and easy! دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
My lessons are tailored to my student's goals and needs. As for materials I use songs, commercial spots, videos, articles from newspaper and magazines and so on. In other words, with me you learn the authentic Italian! In my lesson are 5 steps: at first I make a short introduction about the topic; the second step is listening and reading the text; the third step is about general comprehension, I give some keywords and then ask questions about content of the text; the forth step is to analyze unknown words and sentence structures; in the last step I provide speaking and writing exercises to consolidate vocabulary and grammar. Federica was prepared and kept going back to the exercise when my mind would wonder off. Very focused, asked if it was ok to correct me and then she corrected me in an effective manner. Obviously she has experience teaching and I felt it was the money well spent.
