I have been working as an English teacher for more than 5 years, teaching English as a Foreign Language to Indonesian. What can I say, it's not easy being a teacher, five years is just beginning anyway. That's why I choose as community tutor here instead of professional one :D

I am a native Indonesian. My goal is to make students that I teach confident in speaking the language they learn. Based on my experiences, there are different ways to learn a new language. I am a professional language teacher with more than 7 years experience in teaching. I was graduated from English department in a university in Toraja, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Currently, I work as English teacher in private junior high school and senior high school. I am also give private English lesson for University students in the afternoon. I'd say, I am a chill and fun tutor. I love to connect and to understand my students stories first on why they want to learn the language, I believe by doing I will be able to have a good formula or teaching plan for them. I also believe that learning a new language, it is not only just to know the meaning of every word. In my perspective, to learn a foreign language it's also to learn the culture that comes from the language. Understanding way of life and local wisdom of the people who speaks the language will make a big difference on learning the language. I believe I can provide those treatments to my students.

As a tutor; I know how hard or difficult it is to study a language since I was a student myself for many years.
