When I was a student, I was tutoring a lot of adults and children. In 2017 I passed my state exam for being a French and Spanish teacher at high school. Currently I’m working as a language teacher at a secondary school but I also worked as a language teacher for adults.

I also pay attention to details such as absolutely correct grammar and orthography. That doesn't mean, however, that my lessons are dry. I'm always ready for a joke to make a lesson fun. My students also appreciate my famous drawings that explain a language problem in a fun and easy-to-remember way. That's why my students call me Markus Picasso. You can study any level with me, even Telc exam preparations (I'm an official Telc exam expert).

As a teacher I am a huge disciple of learning while speaking and love to give examples of context and situation. A structural approach to learning a new language is key. Grammar and vocabularies are mandatory while often more easily learned by heart through stories and repeated use. It is most important to have a good time and to have fun while learning, as well as keeping my teaching goal oriented towards your needs. I’ve started private teaching in 2014. I have no accent, and I teach in standard German. In the beginning I taught people from East Asia, but today my students are coming from all over the world. I'm particularly interested in languages like Japanese, Chinese and Korean. Right now I'm trying to master Japanese. Understanding how these languages are structured gives me the opportunity to teach you German in a more understandable way. In addition, I can help you, to pass the TestDaF, which is the general German language test for foreigners, who want to start studying at a German University. I teach German to all levels and also prepare medical professionals for the Fachsprachprüfung. There are many useful tips and case examples used in the medical language exam (FSP) which I can help you with. You will learn how to write a doctor's letter in a professional way and how to avoid beginner's mistakes. I can help native German doctors as well, which I already have as a part of my work at hospitals. We will practice how to deal with the most common questions of patients and how to communicate empathetically. We can practise with realistic case examples and note case anamnesis together, along with feedback in case you forget a question you have to necessarily ask.

I have 6 years experience of language teaching, especially face to face classes online or presencial. My students are mainly native portuguese students but I am used to teach speakers from a wide range of languages.

I also have been teaching german and spanish for more than 5 years. That´s why, I know quite well, what the best strategy is, if you want to learn a new language in a fast and easy way. Although I have a career in biology, I really love teaching languages and I have to say that, it´s something that has taught me a lot in return.

so far i tought german, and spanish every once in a while when it was needed from friends or friends of them. i also give reading lessons in german. And i like it a lot. i am a very empathic and patient person, and i like to create a comfortable space where one does not feel the pressure of having to achieve anything for my sake. but to be shure one knows what he/she can achieve for themselves. to widen his or her range of talking, writing and understanding german. and i think the best way is to simply practice it.

I found that I really enjoy 1-1 teaching and had the opportunity through the last years teaching dozens of students online, to constantly improve on my methods and the way I give feedback. As I grew up in Northern Germany, I will teach you the „high-German“, without any dialect. That's the way people talk on TV and Radio.

Während meines Studiums in Russland habe mehrmals Praktika in staatlichen Schulen und in einem Kinderferienlager absolviert. Nebenan habe ich einige Jahre in Sprachschulen und als Privatlehrerin gearbeitet. Ich habe viele Erfahrungen mit verschiedenen Altersgruppen gesammelt. Heute studiere ich an der LMU in München an der Fakultät für Sprach- und Literaturwissenschaften im Studiengang Deutsch als Fremdsprache, um meine Kenntnisse im Lehrbereich weiter zu vertiefen.
