In 2014, I started teaching Spanish, the world of letters has always seemed fascinating to me. In Brazil I learned the pedagogical part, it was an incredible experience to learn how to teach the language and to help others learn my language. I really enjoy knowing cultures and helping each student to learn in the diverse and dynamic world of Spanish and to learn how I would like to discover my language: with prepared, fun and interesting lessons. Don't forget, my classes will focus on your needs.

Cómo TUTOR soy una persona sumamente paciente, mi pasión es compartir el conocimiento de cualquier forma, así que disfruto enseñar, busco métodos los cuales me permitan explicar y expresar con una mejor pedagogía mis conocimientos, creo que la perseverancia y la tolerancia sobre todo cuando estás formando o enseñando son dos virtudes elementales que permiten a las personas sentirse a gusto contigo.

Me considero una persona paciente, constante, aplicada y también divertida si la situación lo permite. Me gusta organizarme bien para que el estudiante pueda beneficiarse al máximo de cada clase, algo que también me gusta mucho es escuchar y darle tiempo a mis estudiantes para que puedan formar sus frases y expresarse.

He dado clases de filosofía de los pueblos infígenas de América Latina y talleres de cultura Méxicana. Tenemos diálogo continuo para saber los intereses de los estudiantes y de ahí tomar las decisiones sobre los contenidos. Cuando se detectan algunas fallas hacemos ejercicios sobre eso para corregir y reforzar el aprendizaje. I have given classes on the philosophy of the indigenous peoples of Latin America and workshops on Mexican culture. We have continuous dialogue to know the interests of the students and from there make decisions about the contents. When some flaws are detected we do exercises on that to correct and reinforce learning.

Soy profesor ELE, también tengo una licenciatura en idiomas con especialidad en traducción e interpretación, cuento también con un Teacher´s Diploma Course, un diplomado en Life Coaching y una especialidad en desarrollo humano. Considero que combinar una buena metodología para la enseñanza de la segunda lengua, con motivación, sentido de compromiso, sensación de logro, aceptación positiva incondicional, empatía y autenticidad brinda a mis alumnos una experiencia sumamente enriquecedora.

I have taught on Italki for more than a year and I love it. I started this as a hobby and now I'm studying Spanish Teaching as a Foreign Language at UNAM to become a professional teacher. My objective is to be a guide to my students, since we all learn in different ways I try to adapt to my students learning styles and provide materials, corrections and suggestions to communicate more naturally. I want to make them feel comfortable to make mistakes, practice and talk about any topic.

My native language is Spanish, and I have worked as an English-to-Spanish translator. This experience makes it easier for me to understand my students and answer their questions.

As a teacher I am very careful in my classes, I prepare them very well. I insist a lot on the points that seem more complicated to me and I never tire of reviewing and returning to the topics necessary to advance in the command of Spanish. I like to joke around and be funny when the moment comes and also be picky when it is needed. I am ready to accompany my students on the path that they chart themselves. I am proud to see how them are mastering such a beautiful language day by day and I try to instill in them the great love I have for the Spanish language. I think it’s important to create a friendly environment that’s why as a community tutor, I want the students to know we can speak about so many different things, it can be their hobbies, their interests or something they just read on the news. A class is so much enjoyable when we talk about things we are passionate about, and I’m sure learning will be more effective in an interactive, stress-free class.

Although being a teacher was not on my mind some years ago, I've realized that since I love languages, I love helping people learn them as well. I feel really comfortable teaching, and seeing how my students improve their skills is just amazing!
