I love teaching and helping my students expand their knowledge! I am happy to teach people from ALL over the world! Most of my students are of an intermediate - advanced level, but this is not a requirement. I have previous experience working as a teaching assistant at a school in the UK. I have a various teaching qualifications and certificates as well as having taught over 1300 Hours here on italki. This has allowed me to expand my teaching capabilities and helped enormously with my teaching style.

I teach English . All ages. My youngest learners are 2-3 years old, the oldest ones are over 70. The age is not a limit! Teaching each age category has its particularities, but it is always fun and useful. I'd like to share my knowledge with you! I am a professional teacher with a master’s degree in Romance and Germanic Philology ( English and French languages). I also graduated from the Odessa National Economic University in 2017. Faculty of International Economics, specialty - tourism.I have an international certificate of IELTS. Please, note, rescheduling is possible on a 24-hour notice.

With teaching experience of about 23 years, I find myself very passionate about this career. I was only 18 when I had my first course as an English teacher and at the age of 16, I taught Farsi to my British classmate. Since then, I have always tried to develop confident and culturally fluent English/Persian speakers who can successfully navigate the social, travel, and business situations that they will encounter in their lives. The best part about teaching is to see students making progress in their language skills with your support. It is also important for me to create an atmosphere where my students would feel at ease during the lessons.

I started tutoring people in language and in math during my university days, and early on learned that patience is a big factor in making the student(s) learn comfortably. This comes from my experience at my secondary school where due to the high amount of cultural exchange and engagement you begin to understand that everyone has a different way of understanding things. It is also because of these experiences that I believe that the practical sessions are a little more important than the theory aspect of things. Hence I tend to put more focus on actual practicing of the speaking by having regular conversations so people are more adept to the everyday usage of the language.

Being from Nigeria where English is the official language, I've spoken English from birth. In addition to being a native speaker, I have a clear accent which makes me easy to understand. Living in a country where my native language isn't spoken I've seen that the best way to quickly improve your speaking skills is by practicing regularly with a native speaker. I decided to start giving English lessons when I saw that there was a demand for native/ near-native English speakers in Hungary. I have over 3 years of experience working with people of all ages & nationalities both online & in person. In the last year, I've helped students prepare for the IELTS exam with positive results.

I have a level 5 TEFL Qualification, which I obtained in March, and have taught private one on one lessons to several students, with a variety of different goals since March of 2020

I've attended language classes for some time and I know everything that one goes through while learning languages including the boring and depressive times. I hadn’t reached anything with those bunches of exercices and many times nonsense vocabulary, so I started learning language by myself. I’ve found a way through which everybody can learn.

I am authentic, self motivated, patient and hard working . I am not strict I always make sure to accommodate my students so that they can achieve their goals with English language and get good results. I try my best to make lessons fun and rememberable. I pride myself on being able to have a good conversation on any topic and also on having a really good sense of humor. That is why, our classes will always be fun and you'll be looking forward to them. I am also very open-minded and enjoy learning about other cultures and traditions from all around the globe. I'll make sure to guide and motivate you during your learning process and you can always ask me anything, even outside of class. If you want, I will also give you weekly homework so you can improve your level outside our classes as well.

Last year I offered tutoring in English, Afrikaans, and Zulu. My approach is to understand your needs and work on improving your skills. As stated in my introduction video, I am a TEFL certified ESL English teacher. I have five years experience teaching English as a second language to people of all ages. I believe in using many forms of media in my lessons to allow for more creative learning. Videos, PPTs, songs, flashcards- whatever your interest, I'm confident I can find the best way to help you learn with ease.

I have been an ESL teacher for almost 9 years. I have taught all levels, ages and most nationalities. I have taught at 7 schools. I first taught in Shanghai, China, but I prefer teaching international classes in my city, Toronto, because it is more interesting, dynamic and fun. My extensive international work experience has aided in my teaching methods. Having had the opportunity to live most of my life in foreign countries, I recognize the relationship between culture, teaching, and lesson planning. As a teacher, I am attentive to my students’ “learning styles.” I personalize academic material and teaching techniques that suit them best. More importantly, I try “in-real time” to correct my students’ mistakes and help strengthen their particular language weaknesses. Having had the experience of learning three languages, I am able to anticipate the predictable problems an English learner faces (i.e. verb tenses, preposition use, pronunciation, etc.).

I have taught both English and Turkish in formal and informal settings. For English I have a book for beginners and can help you improve your conversational skills and reading skills by introducing new vocabulary and assisting you with pronunciation.

I have many years experience teaching English and Indonesian to Foreigners. I am patient and willing to help you improve your listening, reading, speaking, and writing skill step by step. As I taught myself to speak English, I understand the difficulties in learning new language.

As I mentioned, I am doing the education of becoming an English teacher, with the hope of working in Hungary some day.
