I fully understand how hard studying another language can be, which is something realized while teaching students English and studying by myself. My goal is to help you speak Korean easily with a firm grasp of grammatical principles and to help you with confusing and complicated vocabulary.

When I was in high school, I had a homestay with an American friend and a Japanese friend when I was in middle school. I introduced the local characteristics and traditional manners of Korea to them and I taught them about Korea. Even in simple sentences, we talked as much as we could, and I helped them get used to Korean. To learn a language, I think it is most important not to be afraid of mistakes. Listening and doing a lot is the way to improve your Korean. I will help you learn Korean like your friends.

Originally, I wished to be a English teacher. That's why I major in English. I like to meet people and chat with them. And I like to let them know what they don't know or want to know about. So, I taught many students from elementary school student to high schoolers since I was freshman in university. Besides, while I was doing military service, I taught English to one of my colleagues. Of course, not only English, I taught some Korean to foreign friends who met from university.

I studied Korean literature & language and media at my university in Seoul. I'm a friendly, patient and open-minded person and enthusiastic tutor :) I'll teach you guys Korean in an easy and funny way! My aim is to help you reach your goal ^^

I studied Russian in Korea. I lived in Russia for eight years, and I have been living in NYC for three years. So I can help you to learn the Korean language by using real Russian and English.

I am a fun, energetic and patient teacher. I am friendly and love to engage in different conversations. I believe that optimism and a positive attitude is the key to learning a language and that anything is possible if we work hard enough for it and have the right approach. I'm able to teach and explain vocabulary, idioms, phrasal verbs and grammar rules in both Korean and English.

When I was in university, I helped exchange students to adapt well in Korea. I hung out with them once a week and tried to communicate in Korean as much as possible. I corrected their sentences immediately and taught some fun Korean slangs. Also, I'm currently helping my coworker in Singapore by teaching her business Korean. I review her email and give feedback sentence by sentence. We chat in Korean every day like a friend. So I think I have excellent rapport with people making them speak up more. Since I'm a very passionate person with a huge responsibility, you will not only feel comfortable but also learn a lot from me.

Currently, on-line classes are offered on weekdays after work and on weekends. I teach students from various countries, such as China, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the Philippines, the United States, and Brazil. The age group of students varies from 20s to 50s, and I teach a variety of students from beginners to free talking, I also teaching with textbooks such as 'Hanyang Korean', 'SungDae Korean', 'Seogang Korean', 'Korean Art History' and 'the Bible '. And at a Korean language study group in front of Hongik University, on the weekend, I did 1:1 class service for Japanese students for about 2 years.

Ever since delivery, I became interested in education. My interest led me to acquire TESOL certificate in 2014 and develop my passion about education while teaching English as a lecturer at Northeast Normal University in China. Then I taught Chinese Korean language from 2015 to 2017, which has widened my teaching experience. In order to improve the quality of teaching, I have tried to acquire Korean Language Teaching Certificate, which helped me selected to be the most preferred teacher by students. Based on my interest and passion about education, teaching experience as language lecturer and linguistic competence, I would like to become one of the most trustworthy Korean teachers!
