I think the most important quality as a teacher is the ability to encourage learners. Learning a language is not always easy and there are ups and downs. And it requires quite a bit of efforts and dedication. I believe that a good teacher makes learning more pleasant even when learners bump into obstacles, and makes them feel comfortable and relaxed so that they can speak without feeling nervous. So I try to be a good listener. I also try to make each class fun and helpful with lots of preparation. 我的課程內容與教學風格
I think the biggest strength of my class is that I grasp the different characteristics and needs of each student. I try to make the best of 1:1 tutoring by satisfying individual needs. It is ideal to improve all four skills (reading, listening, writing, speaking) but every learner is different and has different learning styles. So I try to respect the differences. Secondly, also important is having fun while learning! I try to create a relaxed atmosphere with my students so that they can speak without feeling nervous and learn by making mistakes. I believe this is very important in learning a language, as fun and helpful classes keep you going on.我的教材
