I've started teaching Japanese since 2011. Until 2 years ago, I used to teach Japanese on italki as a communicate tutor. While my absence, I’ve studied Japanese education at university to get a certificate in teaching Japanese, then I'm back again!

I'm a native Japanese speaker from Kumamoto in Japan, who had lived in Bangkok(8 years), Hanoi(3 years), Newcastle Australia(1 year) and Washington State, U.S.A(2 month). I love both learning and teaching languages. After graduating from the university ,I went to London to study English. After coming back to Japan, I started a small but a unique cafe-style language school in Shimokitazawa in Tokyo with teachers from various countries. We taught English,French,Spanish,Russian,German,Swedish and Korean there. I instruct students on how to construct grammatically correct sentences, proper pronunciation, pitch accent, and also improve student’s vocabulary. I welcome students of all levels. For our lessons, we can use a book called Genki, but if you don’t have one, it’s totally no problem. I like playing guitar, which means we can talk about music as well as many other topics.
