I am currently taking a program to become a government certified teacher. I have experience of teaching children in USA for about 2 years and I really enjoyed it. I like to motivate my students, mostly let my student solve the problems and challenges alone because I believe in that way students can practice more with the grammar, but I am happy to help my students if they find it too challenging.

I have three years of teaching experience. And I've taught more than three hundred students. As a language teacher, I try to use different materials. For a smooth process of teaching Korean, I use textbooks, pdf files, videos(Korean drama and documentary), books, and K-pop music. I've taught all levels and ages, from the very beginner to advanced speaker. I've always studied the topics the students wanted to talk about.

As a language teacher, I have to be explicit communication with my students in terms of interacting, stimulate cognitive and consistency. In my previous teaching experience with teenagers, I learnt from them to be patient and keep motivating what is their goal and want to be. Of course, there are many dispositions to teach them. I think the most important quality as a teacher is the ability to encourage learners. Learning a language is not always easy and there are ups and downs. And it requires quite a bit of efforts and dedication. I believe that a good teacher makes learning more pleasant even when learners bump into obstacles, and makes them feel comfortable and relaxed so that they can speak without feeling nervous. So I try to be a good listener. I also try to make each class fun and helpful with lots of preparation.
