I've been teaching Khmer to foreigners who visit my country since 2011. They all love learning Khmer but regret that, after they are back in their countries, they don't have anyone to keep learning or practice with and forget the language. That's why I made this class to help people who already speak Khmer practice and improve it through conversation.

I have graduated from university in 2003 and then I have worked in private company for five years. I used to be an English teacher at private school for few years. Now I'm pursuing Bachelor Degree of English Literature at university as well. I like reading and traveling to everywhere in Cambodia.

I decided to become a teacher to give people the skills that they needed to become literate. I wanted to inspire and motivate others to follow their dreams and work hard in their studies. As a teacher I believe that the student needs to explore a subject and I don't believe in dictation as the best form of learning. In the classroom I like to use a lot of energy as my students will then have the same energy to study hard. I am patient with my students as I understand that everybody learns at a different pace.
