Insegno italiano da molti anni e uso approcci diversi a seconda del gruppo classe o delle esigenze dello studente (nel caso di lezioni individuali). Mi piace pensare al mio ruolo come un accompagnatore linguistico, una guida per i miei studenti nel loro viaggio di scoperta della lingua e cultura italiana. Considero le mie lezioni delle vere e proprie mete di viaggio, in cui l'interazione e il confronto linguistico e culturale è sempre presente.

I am an understading, kind and friendly teacher, i try to create the right atmosphere that can help learning. At the same time i carefully follow my students and encourage them to study.

I'm an informal teacher. I think people learn more in an enjoyable environment in which they are at ease, in this way they will transform studying into a fun activity. I like to understand each student they're needs and what best works for them. I'm a very flexible person so I'm going to change my attitude based on my students.

I'll try to cater my lesson to each individual student so they are as interesting as possible because, how I could realize from my experience, is very important to be motivated to learn a language,like everything else. Another thing that I'll do is to teach you to be confident and not afraid to make mistake because it's so important for learning a language faster.

I have a master's degree in teaching at the Giovanni Pascoli School. I have been teaching Italian for many years to foreigners in Florence, working for a voluntary association, and also at the UAM (Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana) in Mexico city and Aguascalientes, Mexico. In 2017 and 2018 I taught Italian in Australia. I have shaped my teaching over time by having to teach to people from 5 to 70 in many different situations, face to face, online, in schools, in neighbourhoods, in villages, in associations, even in different kind of churches and recreational clubs, using the most effective teaching approach based on the situation.

I've being teaching Italian to foreigners for four years already. If you are a beginner, we'll adopt a structured approach, using the most efficient materials available. Intermediate students will benefit from a wide variety of engaging activities which will help you understand and speak the language. We can use textbooks, newspaper articles, Youtube videos, podcasts, songs, poems and pictures. We will work on your vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, reading, speaking, listening and writing skills. Most importantly, everything we do will be based on your needs and preferences. I graduated from Padua University in Classics in 2013 and started working after few months in a private school in Padua as a teacher for Italian as a second language. After one year I decided to specialize in the field of teaching languages and I had a Masters in Advanced Planning for teaching Italian to foreigners. I also had a second-level DILS-PG certification and I’m a CILS and CELI examiner. I’ve been working as a contract teacher for the University for Foreigners of Perugia for 2 years. I'm currently working for them in Milan at the European Institute of Design, where I prepare Chinese-speaking students for the admission exams for design courses.

I am a patient, understanding and detail-oriented person; I always try to be as clear as possible so that my students can fully understand me. I always try to be positive and engaging: it is very important to put the student at ease if I want to involve him/her in the lesson, make him/her practice and thus make sure that he/she can really learn. Having had translation studies and linguistics at university I know very well how fundamental these aspects are in learning a language, therefore the translation of short sentences and the logical and grammatical analysis will be an important part of this path. CLASSES All of the classes are made to help the Italian learner to improve his/her Italian skills (reading, listening, speaking, pronunciation and understanding/comprehension). I make each lesson to fit the needs, abilities and the learning level for each person. Each lesson is unique because the needs of each student are unique. With each lesson, the student will learn new words, new expressions/idioms , new phrasal verbs and grammar structures.

Sono molto socievole e amo stabilire un rapporto di fiducia con gli studenti. Amo condividere la mia cultura e capire meglio tutte le altre culture.
