I specialise in accent reduction and pronunciation, and I always adjust my speaking speed to my student's level *For no shows* : If you would not show up or if you're late, I would give you a grace period/make up class or I would extend the time (for you) since you have 2-3 days to confirm the lesson on iTalki- no need to reschedule the lesson. If you would not attend the make up class then I would have to either report that the student did not attend or I would have to charge you
