I showed interest in languages when I was a kid, so I started learning English when I was 7 years old. Going on cruise ship improved and shaped my English skills. Additionally, traveling, and meeting people from different cultures helped me enhance my interpersonal and communicational skills, which I find to be very helpful in understanding different accents and mindsets. I know it might be "not so much attractive" to hear that someone is from Serbia or another Balkan country but the best thing about this is that I can teach you serbian, croatian, bosnian, montenegrian:-). I would say these languages are all the same with small regional differences and it is a kind of political issue that we all call it differently. I know that many people prefer native speakers, but it can sometimes be tricky. The native speakers are good teachers only if they are foreign langauge teachers, believe me. As a little girl I learned English through cartoons, and at the age of 7 I already started learning English at school.
