Hi! My name is Diana. I am a native Filipino currently living in Manila, Philippines. I am a simple person working for a day shift job and then finds time to teach English language at night. During the weekends, I normally spend my time doing house chores, watching videos online, and trying to live a healthy lifestyle by exercising. I am also learning how to cook recently.

As a teacher, I am very relaxed. I want to start the classes with simple conversations to gauge the knowledge of the student on Tagalog and/or English. As classes progress, I build up the lessons slowly so that learning curve of the student will also start increasing. I can do classes at night from 8PM to 12MN (PHT), and can also do weekend classes (Saturday and Sunday).

I will start my lessons by talking to the student about his/her interests at first. I would like to know the student's expectations from the classes as well as from me before the real classes begin. I normally give out minimal assignments for students to try and practice outside classes hours. These assignments are not difficult but would require effort from the students to really pay attention to what I have talked about during our class. I think that in this way, students will be more serious in learning from a native speaker of the language they enrolled in.
