Hallo - ich freue mich mit dir in meiner Muttersprache zu sprechen! Hi I am Stephanie and I am originally from Hamburg, but lived many years in Los Angeles. I worked in the theatre and film world for many years before I traveled throughout Europe with English speaking groups and students to show them the country and culture. In all my different capacities during my work life, communication skills were a high priority which I think is an instrumental tool for teaching. So I am looking forward to share with you interesting subjects and brush up your conversational skills in German!

教学经验

As I choose to offer conversational German, we would talk about a chosen subject and I would correct your accent, grammar and tell you what vocabulary would be most common, so our common goal would be to get you to a level where you feel "at home" in the German language. If you need explanation in English I am absolutely happy to provide it. If you need to prepare for a business meeting or for your studies we can also work specifically on your needs.

Meine lieben Studenten: Zum Jahresanfang 2021 muss ich leider meine Preise erhöhen, auch zumal der Dollar nicht wirklich stark gegenüber dem Euro ist. Und wenn man in Deutschland lebt, sind die Lebenshaltungskosten natürlich dementsprechend höher. Wenn eine Putzfrau mehr verdient als jemand der sich mit Sprachen beschäftigt und studiert hat, sollte die Balance stimmen. Vielen, lieben Dank für euer Verständnis! I need first to know what your goals and hopes are for the training and then I would prepare an individual plan and offer subjects and articles, maybe films etc. we would use for our conversation.
