-PLEASE FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME IF YOU CAN`T FIND ANY AVAILABLE TIME SLOTS- Hi! My name is Thomas Inauen, I`m 34 years old and come from Appenzell, Switzerland. Originally I learned the craft of a carpenter and worked in this profession until I decided to become an Aikido teacher. Therefore I spend about half of the year in Japan and half in Switzerland and work online as a self-employed martial arts acrobatics coach and language teacher. Having a passion for languages ever since I realised that the main tool I use to do what I do are languages. Knowing how to speak foreign languages helps me a lot and that is why I would like to help you too!

教学经验

I can look back on over three years of online acrobatic coaching with students from all over the world and mainly teaching in English. I also had the pleasure to take care of Japanese Aikido teachers during their stay in Switzerland and help them as a translator. And I had several friends which I had the pleasure of teaching in one to one settings. This provided me many good insights and clues on how to use and teach foreign languages to other persons. And of course I am constantly learning myself as a student – so I know what it is like to attend a language lesson and what you need to have for a fun but also productive time.

In my classes we will focus mainly on conversation. I believe it is one of the best ways to learn a language and we can talk about any topics that are interesting to you. I will correct your mistakes and give you new vocabulary on your way. You can ask me any questions and if you have grammar that you might struggle with we can talk of those together. If you already know of any specific questions or things you would like to have covered, please tell me before the lesson and send me the info materials like PDF files, pictures etc. I am very open to suggestions and want to create the best possible learning experience for you!
