Jaibodh ji is an excellent teacher! So far, I have had 13 classes with Jaibodh and my Hindi skills have increased tremendously. Jaibodh ji is very well prepared, always on time and very clear in his explanations. I have especially benefited from his own very well made study material. Most other teachers I have taken classes with do not really have any good material for advanced students. Jaibodh however has his own well-written texts on various interesting social and political topics which have all the useful and important vocabularies already explained in the text. Usually, I read and prepare a text in advance, we go through it again in class and Jaibodh asks questions in regard to what I have read. Through this method, I really get to practice all the new vocabularies, words and expressions several times in one class, which really allows me to learn them well and enables me to use them properly in spoken as well as written conversation. I will definitely continue taking lessons!

As I work toward the higher levels in Hindi, Jaibodh has constructed unique grammar lessons to deal with the lack of advanced grammar material in Hindi language books today. Most Hindi books never go beyond lower intermediate and many of the advanced grammar lessons are poorly explained in these books, but Jaibodh's lessons are clear and concise and are making it possible for me to move closer to fluency. Today we discussed the Subjunctive and had conversation practice. Great session.

Excellent teaching that I would like to recommend to anyone who wants to learn Hindi. The methodology is very systematic. The lessons are very practical. One is able to understand and answer smaller issues very quickly. And it is great fun! Thank you Jaibodh Ji!

This is my 10th lesson with Jaibodh. The attention to detail and thoroughness of his method is remarkable. Jaibodh teaches from a Hindi-English textbook that he wrote himself, and I have greatly enjoyed the way new lessons develop and build on past material. I think he keeps a very detailed record of individual students' development. This lesson was one of the best. As usual we began with twenty minutes of conversation, mostly in Hindi, about the past week in order to help me develop confidence in speaking. It can be hard to find a teacher who is patient and willing enough to speak entirely in a language with you even when you are at a child's level. Then we learned a lot about postpositions and some new verbs that will be extremely useful in explanations. Afterwards we viewed a cartoon together and Jaibodh gave me a vocabulary key so I can research the proverbial expressions used throughout the story. If you choose to take Hindi lessons with Jaibodh, you will certainly not be bored!
