Thảo has great lessons. She is friendly, I feel more relaxed with her than the other tutors I tried. She also integrates some of the culture into the lesson. Today we practiced tones and used vietnamese cities to practice those tones. She took the time to say a little about each city, and it was nice to have some culture in the lesson. Lessons are paced well: a quick test of last lesson's material, and then the rest is new vocab!

Thao was a fantastic and very well-prepared Vietnamese teacher. She had great skill at putting me at ease, encouraging me to speak and get acquainted with the language. It’s obvious she has deep experience working with expats and foreigners. She was adept at the video functionality on this app and her warm personality shined through. I would highly recommend her for your Vietnamese learning needs!

It was another fantastic lesson with Chi Thao! We went through a well-paced lesson on common verbs in Vietnamese and there were ample opportunities to practise the new vocabulary learnt and form sentences. Enjoyed the lessons a lot thus far and feel like I am making good progress despite being a complete beginner in the language!

Chị Thảo is consistently the best teacher I've worked with on iTalki. can't recommend her enough!
