2020年4月24日起成为italki教师

I am a qualified CELTA teacher, however, I am Italian and I was born and raised in Italy. After my bachelor's degree, I spent too long lingering about whether to start traveling to discover the world or not. It took me a while but ultimately I decided to take a leap into the unknown eventually, and so I did. After several months spent traveling among Europe, Africa, and Australia, I decided to settle in London where I live and work still nowadays. Here I also completed my studies with a master's in translation which boosted my creativity, and I also get certified as a CELTA teacher. Thanks to the latter I have mastered a different methodology that I apply to every language lesson.

I have been teaching for the past 5 years privately to teenagers, kids and also adults, therefore I have learned how to approach and model my teaching method according to the student level. Please find below the teaching experience all resumed in a list :) - IELTS preparation; - Homeschool language tutor; - Business English; - Business Italian; - Tutor for translators.

Students are the center of my lesson, therefore, my first approach is communicative, to get to know you first. From there, we can then move on to a more structured lesson plan. Each student is different, as you are, dear reader. I will teach English in English, as well as Italian and Spanish :) No exception, not even for fellow Italian speakers, as the key to learn a new language is to deep dive into it. You can also book informal lessons if you fancy a spontaneous conversation or if you just need a hand with homework or the writing of your CV.

Ho avuto una lezione meravigliosa con Rita. Abbiamo parlato di molte cose come il virus, la malattia di Trump, la situazione politica negli Stati Uniti, i fuoghi nel mio stato, etc. Anche lei è stata molto paziente con me e ha scritto ogni parola nuova ed i frasi nuovi per me. Non vedo l’ora di parlarle di nuovo.
