When I was a kid, I went blank every time someone asked me: what do you like the most? I liked so many things I did not know what to choose. Well, after more than 10 years working in international relations and social development in several universities and NGOs, I decided to bind all these facets with a steady common thread: bridging cultures for a better understanding in a global world. Since 2017, I have lived in different places discovering and studying cultures… And I am far from being done! I choose to be a trilingual trainer and consultant in interculturality, a translator and language teacher. That is my job. That is what I do. And, yep, I love it!

I want you to have fun while learning Spanish and Catalan. I also want you to learn more than a language since, while practicing the language you choose, we will learn intercultural skills and tips to help you prepare you to dive into a culture that is totally different to the one you grew up in. In class, we will enjoy novels, stories, music and culture from different parts of the world. Since a language structures the way we perceive reality, let’s make our reality as wide as possible! I do not follow a book and every lesson is completely personalised, I according to your interests and fields to improve. And now, tell me: what do YOU want while learning and improving a language?

Learning a language should be fun and focused on your interests, on what you want to learn. I do not follow a book and every lesson is COMPLETELY PERSONALISED just for you. That is why I base my lessons on real experiences and real materials: articles, videos, books, songs, conversations, interviews, etc. I focus on improving your speaking, listening and reading skills, and acquiring new vocabulary. Also, the added value of my classes is that you will learn Spanish or Catalan while developing your intercultural competence and awareness. IMPORTANT: To make sure you make the most of our lessons, my sessions (conversational) are addressed to students with a MINIMUM LEVEL OF B1-Intermediate.

Anna is an excellent teacher and a great communication partner. From Spanish culture and history to books, series, and political topics we talk about every topic imaginable. Anna is always very well prepared and highly professional. She speaks very clearly and I especially love that Anna writes new words and structures in the chat, so I can go over them after the lessons and learn even more. Anna also provides me with lots of fun resources and exercises. I'm always looking forward to my next lesson!
