Did you know English has accents, but we just don't write them? With noun/verb words like project, increase, present, the stress is important. The prÓject, an Íncrease, my prÉsent. But when used as verbs the stress is on the end. I projÉct, he decrÉases, we will presÉnt. As a teacher I can be laid back and just have a conversation or focus on practicing grammar, vocabulary, test prep, or pronunciation. Every student is different and I am here to help you with your English journey. Being engaged and motivated are the most important parts of learning a language and I want to make my students feel comfortable and confident in their English skills. 我提供的课程和我的教学风格
I can help you with job interviews, pronunciation practice, and anything else you want! I like to use google docs so my students can always have their lesson details. I have various English textbooks for examples and practice exercises. I also sometimes use Egoo.com for practice and conversation. For pronunciation, I teach my General North American accent and I focus on vowels, stress patterns, linking, minimal pairs, and other problem areas. I currently live in Pacific Standard Time and prefer to teach adults and students above the age of 15.我的教学资料
