Richard is a great teacher and very good person. We are having classes about how to conduct training sessions and besides to learn new terms in English, I am learning a lot of tips, materials needed, important topics and information to consider before giving a training. He has a lot of materials to help in the classes, but the more significant is his experience in this area, which he has a lot. His method of teaching is very good, he understand your difficulties and teaches better ways to improve your speaking. I highly recommend his classes and look forward to have the next one!
