My name is Stephanie. I am 28 years old. I was born and raised in Canada to an Armenian-Lebanese family. I fluently read write and speak in 4 languages (French, English, Spanish, Armenian), I fluently understand two (Arabic and Patois) and I can read in Portuguese, but i cannot speak it. I have traveled to 22 countries up-to-date. I love traveling and emerging myself in new cultures. I have degrees both in Psychology and Sociology- I am passionate about the human mind and the function of a human in society. I consider myself a spiritual being; I try to practice yoga and meditation on a daily basis to keep myself grounded and in the present moment.

I am very passionate about education. I love teaching, and also learning in return. I believe teaching and learning go hand-in-hand. I am very passionate with everything i overtake, and as a teacher, I will be very motivating and inspiring. I will always try to keep it fun and entertaining. I am very organized and can help you become more organized and efficient in your learning skills as well. I will teach you some learning techniques and I will guide you more profoundly whenever you feel the extra need. I will always be honest, transparent and non-judgmental during our interactions.

I will establish most of the teaching style with you. Each class will be designed according to the students wants and needs. During our calls, I will be using the chat board a lot. I also like sharing my screen to show images or videos, practice reading and text comprehension or even share the word document I'm typing up. Depending on the students level, I will focus on developing the students vocabulary level, grammar skills, reading and pronunciation skills and also general text comprehension. Once a student is good enough, they can graduate to my CONVERSATION ONLY classes. I usually send my class notes to the student along with some exercises so they practice on their free time as well

I really enjoyed my second lesson with Stephanie. We reviewed and solidified the first week's lesson and then moved on to grammar. Stephanie was very patient and supportive and really challenged me. I am very excited to keep learning.
