I am interested in language, learning and language learning. My interests also include history, football and darts. I have lived in several places around Europe and enjoyed culture, food and karaoke audiences everywhere that I have been to.

教学经验

I have been an English teacher to foreign learners for the past 16 years and have enjoyed every moment of contact with learners. When students are telling me something that I don't know and I am helping them to communicate authentically, it's a great feeling. In my teaching, I try to give learners the tools and ideas they need to continue their language learning journey, so lessons with me are not always about grammar and vocabulary. I have enjoyed growing as a teacher, which hopefully never stops, never more so than in my work towards my diploma qualification.

My lessons will be as communicative as possible, but will depend on the learner, as I try to personalise them as much as I can, taking the learner's aims, interests, personality and language learning difficulties into account.
