I almost never leave comments but I'll do one here. Stacey is probably the best language teacher I've had for any language, ever. She reviews vocabulary, gives various sentences, understands my horrible Chinese, and explains complicated grammar so much better than anyone I've ever seen. Her knowledge of English is incredible and that's why I think she can explain. nuances of grammar and discern how to convey the idea on a native level rather than just use the Google translate word or even just stop with 1 example. Because I've learned multiple languages, I think I have a better understanding of how to ask about a wide variety of contexts to make sure that I *really* understand how to use it, and Stacey gets it. She is an incredible teacher and you would be lucky to have her. I recommend her to all my friends all the time.

Stacey's lessons feel like talking to a friend instead of a teacher - being able to speak freely, about the topics that are important to me while learning new grammar and a ton of new vocabulary at the same time. thanks for your support stacey :)

We went over one whole lesson in the book today!

Stacey was great and this lesson was exceptional, as usually. We talked about language learning and she was really good at describing new words, merely using Chinese that I understood. I really value her for her personality, patience, and understanding when I struggle to say things. Top grade teacher and an even better human being :)
