After obtaining a MA in Linguistics in Japan, I worked for Tourism Office of Tottori Prefectural Government, which gave me abundant opportunities to use a wide range of languages on a daily basis. Being a native speaker of Cantonese born in Hong Kong, I am fluent in Mandarin, English, Japanese, Thai and Korean, and also speak many other languages (Vietnamese, Tagalog, Hokkien, etc). I enjoy traveling and talk to peope in the local languages. As a language learner myself, I have personally employed a variety of strategies to accommodate my study goals. As such, I understand the need for customized lessons for each student according to their respective language needs.

Edmund was very patient and understands what my struggles are in learning Japanese. In the 30 minute trial, I already learned more than what I could achieve by self-learning! I will definitely be taking more classes with Edmund.
