Excellent conversation practice, highly supportive and easy to talk to.

Awesome lesson. This was an introductory call to see where I was starting at and we then went over self-introductions, reading, and pronunciation

Alina is a very patient and intuitive teacher, and is very good at picking up on areas of grammar or vocab that you may not be very in and refocusing the lesson as needed. She doesn't just go through the pages of the textbook, and makes sure you spend a good amount of time talking too, not just listening to hear speak (which is in Russian the whole time, except to maybe repeat something she said in English if you don't understand, which is great!). Very happy I found her!

it was great to come back to Alina after a few years. she is a fantastic teacher who pays very close attention to the student, gives very good feedback and has a clear lesson plan designed specifically for the individual.

I really enjoyed the listening activty we did today.
