In a family business, we don't want the experience certificate and don't face interviews. we already have connections and customers, and we get more help and advice. But if you are not interested in a family business it is very difficult to stay there. Our relatives are also compare our performens.In my experience I can't take more money and my father knows how much money I have and he forced me to pay the rents and bills from that money😔😂
