I really like working from a lexical approach, as well as dealing with aspects of listening comprehension and prosody (cadence, intonation curve, rhythm, etc.). I think the most important part of teaching is human interaction. It is very important to me to place students in a comfortable and trusting environment. It is also very important that you speak ... the more you speak, the more mistakes I can find and the more new expressions and pronunciation tips that can be taught. Since I am 16 years old I worked teaching little kids English to help my parents pay for my studies. When I turned 19 I had the chance to travel to the US and live and work in Hawaii for 4 months, and that's where I could master English at an advance level. I studied Management and Tourism and because of my career it was a requirement to speak English fluently, that's why I decided to not only teach English, but to teach Spanish to tourists that came to my city either for work or for tourism. Now, I want to be able to keep teaching many people from different countries and help them improve their Spanish in the best way possible.
