I am a motivating and engaging teacher that you will have fun with but still feel a logical structure behind! I believe that the best way of learning something is by having fun doing it and I want you to enjoy the process of learning german. I have learned many foreign languages myself and would love to share my insights with you.

I have taught children, students and young adults English abroad on summer camps and in youth centres. I have as tutored students in the UK German and Russian. As I speak over 3 languages, the process of language learning is very familiar to me so I am able to help others effectively. My fluency in Russian,German and English will be of great benefit to you if you speak any of these languages as I will be able to help you with common difficulties that people from these countries have.

I have not only studied languages and acquired diplomas, I also perfected my skills while living abroad for a long time and traveling a lot. I have lived for example in Spain, Chile, Brasil and Portugal for several years, apart from my home country Germany of course! Since I am also learning different languages, I am aware of the difficulties and challenges involved and can help you with any struggles you might face and want to support you in the language learning process.

I am a positive and patient person. I learned the German language myself and I know what do you need. After studying German as ,,a foreign language " at LMU Munich, I emigrated to Colombia (Bogotá), where I taught German for 4 years at the Goethe Institute. During this time I continued my education and after 2 years I obtained the Grünes Deutsches Diplom (DLL Deutsch Lehrer Lernen). Since I am back in Germany (2 years) I have been teaching German at GLS German Language School in Berlin (I have also experience in Online classes)

I have 6 years experience of language teaching, especially face to face classes online or presencial. My students are mainly native portuguese students but I am used to teach speakers from a wide range of languages.

I'm very patient i try my best to be friends with my students and make this learning process as fun as possible.my main goal is to see my students succeed.I'll teach what i achieved and I'll try my best to teach in the easiest way. hope you all to enjoy it.

Teaching and giving people an understanding of things are passions of me for many years already, be it as instructor, tourguide or in the form of cooking recipes. That's why I also want to help others with learning languages.

Seit Jahren bin ich als Lehrkraft im Bereich Kunst aktiv und leite eine Private Kunstakademie. Ich gebe seit meinem Studienabschluss (Meisterschülerin) als Malerin entsprechenden Unterricht und war auch Dozentin an einer Kunsthochschule in Norddeutschland. My experience in teaching comes through my work in the field of art. I'm running a private Art Academy. Since finishing my university degree in the art of painting I'm giving classes in that field. I also used to work for an art school (university) in Northern Germany.

I see the ideal teaching session as a conversation. I make sure all my students know they are in an environment where they can practice their English and improve it without fear of being judged. I teach by example, and will spend the first session getting to know you so I know what makes you thrive as an English or German learner.

For several years now, I have had numerous video calls with people from many countries of all continents including a lot of English, French and Spanish native speakers, practising my own foreign languages and helping them to improve their German. So if you speak any of the languages mentioned above, I can assure you that I am very well aware of the typical challenges you encounter with regards to German grammar and pronunciation. I prefer an informal and relaxed teaching style. Besides my passion for languages, I enjoy reading, running, travelling, photography, psychology, philosophy, learning about different lifestyles and cultures, and many more.

My main concern is that you get out of the lessons what you expect and what your goal is.

Since 2007, I have been teaching German as a foreign language in Taipei, Taiwan to Chinese native speakers. Because I had had an interest in the Chinese language and culture for many years, in 2005 I moved to Taiwan to learn Mandarin Chinese. At some point during my stay I had to start looking for work and ended up teaching German at a local language center. Right from the start I loved teaching German and since then have kept on working as a language instructor with a passion, gaining experience over the years and keeping up with improving my skills and expanding my knowledge up to this day.

I have done a lot of language and linguistics related things at university, and I have worked part-time as a language teacher and tutor since the age of 16, gradually moving into more challenging positions, like teaching German to immigrants and business people, and tutoring university students in Latin and Ancient Greek. I have never formally qualified as a teacher, but I take teaching very seriously - while making it fun and inspiring at the same time! :)

I am a very responsible, supportive and patient teacher. As i mentioned, teaching is my pession, so I always come to my lessons in a good mood, prepared and punctual. I am a professional German teacher and have a DSH certification and a University degree in education. I have a 7- year teaching experience. I have also been living in Germany for 5 years, so I got acquainted with German culture and traditions. My aim in teaching is all about your success, so I will be a good guide to your aims!

My lessons will be conversational for pupils with intermediate or advanced German skills (B1 - C1). My main goal is to teach you German in a fun way, where you aren't afraid of speaking and making mistakes. First we will set your goal, then I will help you to reach it. To actually speak a new language is problably the hardest part. Therefore I belief it's important to focus on topics you are interested in. I want to teach you how German is actually spoken, rather teaching you "textbook" German. Please note: I don't teach children or teens.

I am experienced with working with people of all ages. I enjoy working with students in groups and one-to-one sessions and love seeing them improve their german through my encouragement and tenacity. Fun is important and to create every lesson as unique as possible. I like to use role-plays and photocards in the lessons as that keeps the lessons exciting. Also, I use texts that are of interest to my students because I have improved my English grammar with reading. Most importantly it's the relaxed conversations in German I have with my students that improve my student's skills and gives them the confidence they need.

I am convinced that learning a new language in a natural way like children do, is the best and most efficient way to speak on a native level. You don't have to struggle with endless amounts of grammar exercises, studying grammar books or long lists of vocabulary in order to gain fluidity. Before children learn about grammar rules in school they are about 10 years and speak fluently. I have been tutoring children and teenagers for six years now and concentrating on conversations mostly as well as keeping them motivated is one of the most essential tools. Seeing my students making progress and achieving their goal within only a short time is an incredibly rewarding experience!

I have been teaching German since 2000, to refugees, asylum seekers and people who need German for their work visas. I have taught children as well as adults. I have work experience in teaching business German and public speaking. In my lessons, I use material and topics that the students prefer, because I think that we learn best when we deal with topics that we love to talk about. PLEASE READ: I am happy to help with rescheduling classes up to 1 day before the scheduled time, but I cannot accept last minute changes. I do not make exceptions to this.
