Choosing a teacher, the first thing I do is calculate the returning student ratio: Divide the total lessons by the number of students, then subtract 1 (as the 1st lesson isn’t a returning student). Pronunciation is my favorite “hack” — master it now, before learning thousands of words with bad pronunciation, and your path will be a lot easier.
