For me it's important to take the time to build connections with each and every one of your students. What makes them tick? What are their interests? What are their hopes and desires?

The Facilitator-in-Chief teaching style: it takes a small portion of each teaching style and mixes them together. I present the lesson or concept, and then let students go free with their learning. Each of the pupils features a diverse learning fashion. I know I can’t use just one teaching fashion and anticipate the same level of learning from each student. I'm attempting to be versatile, attempt to drag components of each instructing fashion and utilize them as-needed.
