In 2018 I travelled to Peru to teach English to children of primary years. There, I worked in two schools - one in the beautiful Andes, and one in the arid city of Arequipa - assisting students with grammar, vocabulary and their Cambridge speaking examinations. I have some (limited) knowledge of other examinations such as TOEFL and IELTS as I also worked in a private language academy where I taught adult students of all levels.

I am relaxed and positive, and can offer advice on how to stay motivated in language learning if you feel you lack confidence. I like to involve different media, including videos, news articles and music, and anything I find on the internet that I find interesting at the current moment. I place great importance on making sure there is a relaxed and stress-free environment, and I encourage you to speak as fluently as possible, even if you make loads of mistakes, as making mistakes in my lessons allow you to gain knowledge and confidence. I was looking for somebody with British accent and after few lessons I think that Adam is a very good choice. I appreciate his summary of each lesson and his effort to discuss of topics I'm interested in.
