I used to work in a Government shelter as youth care worker and psychical education teacher.
I had the responsibility for care and supervision up to 14 adolescents.
Supervision of youth who have behavioral challenges due to trauma and mental health issues that need close supervision 24/7.
Participating in individual or group therapy sessions as part of specific therapeutic procedures as requested by the Therapist.
Intervention using specific physical intervention training to help keep a child from harming themselves or others.

Great lesson and discussion with Andy!!! Andy is very patient and helpful, and his computer set up with a professional microphone means that his voice comes through very clear!
