I have been teaching English professionally for over 2 years. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Virginia Commonwealth University in the United States and an accredited TEFL certification. I have experience teaching English to adults, teenagers and young children. I take pride in my work and I genuinely love seeing my students have breakthroughs with the language. As a second language learner myself (I am currently studying Spanish) I understand the challenges but also the joy and satisfaction of learning a new language. I believe our ability to communicate with each other is such a big part of what makes us human and I love helping my students reach their language goals. Phong cách dạy & bài học của tôi
I believe in a focus on conversation in our lessons. We will study grammar and syntax also, but I want us to achieve fluency through speaking. You're not paying money for time with a native speaker just to be given worksheets and grammar drills. I will analyze the conversations we have had and begin the following lesson by breaking down some areas of improvement to help us going forward. We will stick to English in the classroom and we will increase confidence and comfortability with the language by discussing topics of interest to you.
