since I work at Australian company,basically I have no problem communicating in English.

1: The more you mistake, the more you progress.
2: Think and Ask before giving up on it
I will wait until you come up with word or phrase.
3:Have fun and Relax
If there is absence of fun and laugh in our class, your mind gets easily bored.

MEMO*: I use Google doc for your own memo for review and question after class, you can edit and make your own note.
After Class: Instead of giving you back feedback, I will give record of words you learnt during class(if only you wish! let me know during class) .
You can use it for Shadowing practice.
What I can offer*: As homework, diary for next lesson then I correct sentence.
*none of them are mandatory
You can choose one Youtube video as a conversational topic, share it with me before class.
Above all, have a laugh and good time is the best way of learning language.

Great teacher! The notes taken during the lesson help me to further improve. You can tell Mizuki-san is very experienced as a teacher, but as a person as well, he has a lot of interesting experiences and insights to share.

Mizuki san is an excellent teacher! He's incredibly patient, friendly and encouraging, and I appreciate that he puts me at my ease as I try to practice my spoken Japanese. He has a knack for explaining the nuances of certain words and phases and I appreciate that he pushes me to practice more advanced structures and vocabulary. After just three classes, I already feel more confident in my Japanese. I'm looking forward to my next lesson. Thank you!

Great lesson! Mizu is a great teacher, conversation is always easy and flows. He is very good at understanding bad Japanese helping to point me to how to say it correctly.
