I received my bachelor’s degree in Literature from the University of the Philippines Visayas. I've been working as an online ESL teacher for a decade. In addition, I've proofread the dissertations of some graduate students at Yonsei University in South Korea. Throughout my teaching experience, I've met different kinds of students ranging from young to old and from beginning to advanced. My passion for teaching English stems from my sheer interest in helping others understand the language in a clear, fun way. It is my joy to impart my knowledge of English, not to mention grammar and vocabulary, to those who are genuinely interested and motivated to study it. Phong cách dạy & bài học của tôi
Since my students’ English levels vary, I make sure that my lessons cater to their proficiency. I can teach grammar, vocabulary words and expressions, essay writing, news article reading and discussion, pronunciation, and punctuation. If you’re aiming to practice speaking, I’m also capable of holding conversations about a variety of topics. Moreover, I believe repetition and reviews are essential to ensure my students’ comprehension and help keep track of their progress, so they can expect effective learning. Naomi is one of the best teacher I have ever had a chance to meet on Italki. During all lesson I get feedback on my pronuciation and correct grammatical constuction of sentences. In addition she is well prepared and attentive. That’s how I imagine great teacher.
