Hi, my name is Chris and I was born in the UK and I was raised in Germany. I currently live in Italy where I work as an English teacher at a language school. I studied empirical linguistics and I love languages! I love meeting people from all over the world and learing about them and their culture. Hi, ich bin der Chris und bin in England geboren und in Deutschland aufgewachsen. Ich lebe zur Zeit in Italien, wo ich an einer Sprachschule Englisch unterrichte. Ich habe in Frankfurt Empirische Sprachwissenschaften studiert und liebe Sprachen. Es bereitet mir viel Freude Menschen aus aller Welt kennenzulernen und über sie und ihre Kultur zu sprechen.

I have lots of experience in teaching all ages. I am very patient and friendly and want my student to feel comfortable and enjoy the time with me. A lesson without laughing is a failed lesson. Since I studied linguistics I understand and can teach grammar very well. Ich habe viel Erfahrung Menschen jeglichen Alters zu unterrichten und bin sehr geduldig und freundlich. Mir ist es sehr wichtig, dass sich mein Schüler wohl fühlt und wir beim Lernen Spaß haben! Durch meine Bildung bin ich in der Lage die deutsche und englische Grammatik zu unterrichten.

Phong cách dạy & bài học của tôi

In a way I am a fan of text books. If I have an adult beginner student I prefer to use a book that I have as a PDF file. It helps a lot with reading, writing and listening. If the student is an intermediate speaker I like having conversations. I teach kids with flash cards and games. Für erwachsene Anfänger benutze ich gerne Lehrbücher, die ich als PDF zur Verfügung stellen kann. Ich finde, dass hier auch das Schreiben, Lesen und Hörverstehen gut gelernt werden kann. Wenn der Schüler schon etwas Deutsch sprechen kann, führe ich gerne Konversationen. Kinder unterrichte ich mit Bilderkarten und Spielen.
