As someone who used to stutter and dislike languages (and especially the pesky grammar), getting into intense-self-studies to improve my English became my origin story. I worked as teacher for English in my hometown for 2 years afterward, after acquiring a C2 certificate from Cambridge.
This encouraged me to also intensely study and re-fresh the German grammar, phonetics and teaching techniques (didactic) before starting to teach it online full-time. (it included a lot of head-shaking, and I’m a native)
Through that, and my pursuit to master art I don’t believe in inherited talent, but pursued interest. Everyone can, through dedication, practice and fun, learn to speak a foreign language. Phong cách dạy & bài học của tôi
While teaching I adapt the lesson to your strengths, weaknesses, and abilities and structure it along with your goals and needs. This can include exercises and materials for grammar, pronunciation, role-plays for daily conversation, job interviews, working environments and language exams (Goethe Institute, TestDaF, Telc). I can also create new materials, exercises and additional courses on Memrise to help you to achieve your goal outside of our lessons. This was my first lesson with Christian after our trial lesson. I learned a lot today particularly regarding word order. Christian is a very good teacher. He has a lot of material that he has designed himself. He also has a great sense of humor.

Christian was engaging, had wonderful examples of grammar usage, and was overall quite pleasant to work with. Lessons with him are quite fun and very helpful.

Had a trial lesson with Christian, it was super helpful- he had clear lesson plans, plenty of resources, and it was very organized and well-prepared (quite fun too). Will be booking another lesson for sure. Thanks for today, bis bald! :)

Christian is a pleasant, funny, and understanding teacher. He corrects mistakes respectfully and explains concepts in detail. It's great that he is so knowledgeable about grammar rules and slang in both English and German. He gave me some material to practice as homework, and he helped me translate some videos. I really appreciate it and look forward to improving with more lessons.
