I have experience teaching Spanish for English speakers. I have teached Spanish to people who have emigrated to Uruguay to find jobs in the growing software industry. In a short amount of time, I have had great results helping them to incorporate the language into their daily lives and become more comfortable speaking and conversing. I adapt my teacing style to accomodate the needs of each student. I am self taught and I think it is an important quality to instill in my students, so that they can eventually develop the ability to study the language and improve on their own, but more importantly so they feel encouraged to speak more. The first thing I do is ask to my students what they want to learn, what are their goals, and what are their strenghts and weaknesses.
