Dana does an excellent job in making ideas about language structure much easier to understand. She is one of the best tutors I have worked with. She is a learner of other languages that gives her a unique perspective about learning that is very important for being a effective tutor.

It was my first lesson on italki and exactly what I had hoped for. Dana was really nice and had fantastic preparation. I've been learning spanish through books mostly, and wanted the chance to hear and talk to a native speaker. We went through pronunciation questions I had, as well as some grammar questions. After having more than 20 lessons with Dana, now perhaps is the right time to summarize my experience and my achievements. Last two months of studying have been very interesting. Not only I had a good speaking practice, but also studied grammar a lot and now I can build sufficiently complicated phrases, for example: “had I not been studying grammar with Dana, I could not say phrases like this one.” Without any doubt, Dana is not simply a tutor for practicing conversational skills, but also a capable and effective language teacher. Después de haber tenido más de veinte clases con Dana, tal vez ahora sea un buen momento para resumir mi experiencia y mi conocimiento. Los últimos dos meses de aprendizaje fueron muy interesantes.
