On an average day, I used to wake up early in the morning, 5 o'clock after follow routine. Being an Athlete and Exercise physiologist, I finish my first meal . From 6 to 8 o'clock morning, I had my workout🏋🚴💪 plans. (Jogging, yoga, etc.) After finishing workout I had my Breakfast. Following the routine, I attend my classes from 10-1 o'clock(particles and theory) afterwards. I take my Lunch. From 3:30-5:30 evening I had my practical classes and practice. I had my dinner at 8' o'clock and take my bed at 11 o'clock night. Thanks🙏
