Como tutora de la comunidad, entiendo la importancia de la conexión personal y su impacto en la experiencia de aprendizaje. Podremos discutir sobre tus debilidades y fortalezas en español y entontrar un plan para ayudarte a mejorar. La mayoría de mis lecciones serán conversacionales y solo en español. Sé que puede dar miedo, pero te prometo que te divertirás mucho si solo tratas de conversar y eso es lo que más necesitamos cuando se trata de aprender un idioma.

I used to work in a Government shelter as youth care worker and psychical education teacher. I had the responsibility for care and supervision up to 14 adolescents. I graduated from Universidad de Concepcion, Chile. There I studied a B.A. in English Teaching, which also provided me a Teaching License. Two years after graduating I entered a post-graduate programme in Spanish Teaching as a Foreign Language. I worked for three years in Chile in universities and language schools, and from 2010 to 2016 I lived and worked in Moscow, Russia, There I was an English and Spanish teacher in language schools and a private tutor in both languages. In 2015 I started teaching online through a Russian agency that allowed me to change the way in which I taught my private lessons. I already have 3 years of experience teaching online, but only with Russian students.

Tengo ya tres años en esto de Italki y nunca lo he dejado. I have lived in Mexico most of my life, spending a lot of time in different cities learning about the distinct cultures across the country, specially their slangs and mannerisms, many of them influenced for other languages that made them richer and more interesting. My experience with different cultures helped me to understand a lot of topics and forms of communications. I'm interested in what the mind can do for the body through voice and language!

About one year ago, as part of the mandatory internship, I took part in a programm where I taught Spanish to foreign students from all over the world, since then I enjoy sharing my language and culture.
